We process all orders Monday through Friday. Order processing normally takes 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. New product releases and sales can cause an increase in order volumes which may delay order processing with 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number delivered to your e-mail.
Please note that USPS is currently experiencing a backlog in regional mail distribution centers due to the COVID-19 outbreak. This can cause delays in scanning packages into their system, which in turn may cause a delay in the estimated shipping times provided by USPS. Shipping time varies by destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Priority Express Mail to all domestic locations. Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. Orders $50 and over automatically get free U.S. standard shipping.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your order within the given timeframe, please make sure that your address is fully entered and correct when you check out. Please use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, as these are automatically printed on your shipping label and we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it please address this with the United States Postal Service here.
