Your satisfaction is everything to us! Due to the nature of the product and hygienic reasons, all sales are final. If you feel that you have received a defective product, please contact us within five (5) business days from your delivery date and we will gladly exchange your unused item in its original packaging. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and that you receive your order within the given timeframe, please make sure that your address is fully entered and correct. Please correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, as these are automatically printed on your shipping label and we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information or packages marked undeliverable by USPS to the shipping address provided with your oder.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it please address this with the United States Postal Service. Sculpt does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered and do not issue refund for packages that are confirmed as delivered.
Please note that we cannot cancel or make changes to an order after it has been placed due to our fast processing and shipping times. Promo and discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
